What's in it? A blend of Central, South American coffee and African coffee.

Additional Notes: If you’re after some wild, fermented, juice bomb funk, you’ll want to head to the Single Origin section. This isn’t that. This year’s Christmas Blend is more approachable but with some more fruity booze notes. 

It’s a Central + South American base for smooth sweetness, good body, and a dependable cup with enough depth to feel properly festive. Then I’ve folded in a really tidy Ethiopian natural — nothing too mad, just enough to lift things with a touch of fruit and a gentle, warming brightness.

Great as an all-rounder: espresso, filter, Aeropress, whatever. After dinner on the big day or first thing when you’re trying to remember what happened to the scissors you just had — it’ll do the job.

Espresso nerd notes: drop your temp a tad, aim for around 1:1.9 in ~30 seconds, and enjoy that syrupy-but-not-too-heavy body. And always stir your espresso… unless you like drinking it in layers like a weird coffee trifle.
