Who are we?

Black Cat Coffee is a supplier to the public and trade of premium quality, responsibly sourced coffee. Working from our base in the heart of rural Norfolk, we hand select and roast the finest green beans available. We have a particular focus on Fair Trade and RFA certified coffee and take seriously our environmental responsibility through sustainable sourcing and waste and energy management.

We are a true ‘micro roastery’ where everything is done by sight, sound and smell. The small batches we roast in allow us total control, you will always receive the freshest coffee possible with a helpful roasted on date right on the bag.

How we roast.

We are passionate about roasting and all of our single-origin coffees are roasted by hand, in-house, taking great care to develop unique roast profiles that highlight and amplify the natural qualities and character of each origin. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness in every batch we roast.

To meet growing demand, we've partnered with a trusted local roastery to produce our blended coffee. They roast by hand and share our values and dedication to quality. Each blend is roasted to our exact specifications and our in-house developed roast profiles, using the same carefully selected green beans as always. We aim for our blended coffee to reach you having rested and be in peak condition and ready to brew. All our blended coffee comes in nitrogen flushed bags so it will last even longer and enable you to store it for a few weeks if need be too.

• Supply and install of espresso machines, water boilers, grinders etc.
