Each month brings two thoughtfully sourced coffees with something a little special going on — a rare varietal, a wild processing method, or just a really well-executed classic. We might feature a yeast inoculated, fruit in the mash hybrid process, and perhaps a crisp, clean washed lot. Not every coffee is wild, but they’re all a step above the normal.

Each box contains two bags of coffee you won’t find in the supermarket. Or your local café. Or, frankly, in most places.

What’s in the box:

2 × 200g single origin coffees, roasted to an omni profile.

These are coffees with stories. Maybe we will explore a lesser-known origin, or maybe it just surprised us on the cupping table. Either way, it’s coffee you’ll remember.

Who it’s for:

You already know what anaerobic fermentation is. You probably own a refractometer. You have considered asking your barber for a Hoffman quiff. Or maybe you just want to see what all the fuss is about with awesome coffee.
