This washed Yirgacheffe is one of the best highland-grown coffees. Coffee from the Yirgacheffe region is renowned around the world for its quality and unique flavour. It has fine acidity, body, and flavour. Many people are attracted to its delicate, floral, and tea-like characteristics.
For filter try a ratio of around 1 - 15.
In a V60 pour over brewer try a ration of 1 - 16 coffee to water.
