What is it good for?
A good all rounder.
Guatemala produces some wonderful coffee that are particularly sort after. As with a lot of Central American coffee there is a wonderful balance of bright, fruity acidity and the more familiar chocolate and caramel notes we love so much. Huehuetenango is one of Guatemala’s three non-volcanic regions, as well as its highest and driest under cultivation, making it one of the best for coffee production.
For filter try a ratio of around 1 - 13.
