The new Bezzera Matrix is a sophisticated compact semi-professional espresso coffee machine with the production capacity of a professional unit. It shares the same internals as the Duo series but adds plexiglass side panels and LED lighting! The Matrix DE utilises three PIDs to control both boilers and the electronically heated group head. The BZ group offers incredibly quick heat up times, low maintenance and unmatched thermal stability. 

This dual boiler machine uses a silent rotary pump and can be driven from an internal tank or plumbed directly in to the mains. If you are serious about coffee and only want the best then this is the machine for you.
